TV23 occasionally holds
on-air contests or giveaways for products or cash.
All Contest/Giveaway Rules:
 | No Purchase Necessary. |
| Employee's and immediate family members living in the same
household of the station or sponsor(s) are not eligible to
enter. |
| You must be 18 years of age or older. |
| You must be a legal resident of the United States. |
| You must live within the broadcast area of TV23 as defined in
the 'coverage' section of TV23's website. |
| Winners who's prizes or groups of prizes are valued at $599 or
more in the same year will be required to fill out IRS Form W-9 before
receiving the prize or giveaway. |
| You agree to allow your name, city, and picture or video to be
broadcast or featured on TV23 KDGL and all of its affiliates, sponsors,
flyers, and
associated websites. |
| TV23 KDGL reserves the right to modify the rules at anytime before,
during, and after the contest. |
| Contestants will be ineligible to win if they have previously
won $599 or more in the last 6 months. |
| TV23 KDGL is not responsible for inactivity fee(s) charged to
dormant gift cards. |
| You agree to indemnify and hold TV23 KDGL, High Plains
Broadcasting, L.L.C., and any of its sponsors harmless of any
liability. |
| By entering in a TV23 contest or giveaway you agree to all
contest rules. |
$100+ WEEKLY Giveaway Specific Rules (in addition
to above):
| You must both LIKE KDGLTV 's Facebook Page and SHARE
the $100 WEEKLY Giveaway post at the top of the KDGLTV Facebook
page with ALL of your friends to enter. |
| EVERY Friday during the contest, unless a show is preempted,
TV23 KDGL will draw a name from the entries received. If
Friday's show is scheduled to be preempted, TV23 KDGL will draw the winning name
on the next previous show. If Friday's show is
unexpectedly interrupted, TV23 KDGL reserves the right to chage
the drawing date to a future date. |
| YOU are responsible for calling TV23 KDGL to claim your
prize by the deadline on the Toll Free number broadcast on the
day of the drawing. Claim calls will NOT be accepted on
the regular Toll and Toll Free telephone lines. |
| You must call by Sunday night at 11:59 PM to claim your
prize. Please follow the instructions on the Toll Free
contest line. |
| SMS, MMS, Facebook Messages, email, and etc will NOT be
accepted for claiming prize. |
| Any prize NOT claimed by 11:59 PM Sunday after the Friday
drawing will be added to the next prize. |
